This website presents our range and lets you request spare parts. It is not an online shop — we do not sell parts directly through the site, but based on an inquiry and a subsequent quotation.

Inquiry and quotation
Submitting the inquiry form does not create a purchase contract or a binding order. We respond to inquiries with an individual quotation (price, availability, delivery). A contract arises only once the quotation is confirmed by both parties.
Prices
Prices are given on request based on the specific part and machine. A quoted price is valid for the period stated in the quotation.
Delivery and payment
Delivery and payment terms are agreed individually within the quotation. In-stock parts are usually dispatched the same business day.
Complaints
Rights arising from defects are governed by applicable Czech law. Please submit complaints using the contact details on this website.
Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The operator reserves the right to update them.
