What data we process
We process the data you enter in an inquiry: your name or company name, e-mail, optionally phone, machine details (type, serial number), a description of the part sought and your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your inquiry, prepare a quotation and for related communication. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest (point f).
Retention period
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle it and thereafter for the period required by law or our legitimate interest (typically no longer than 3 years from the last communication).
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties for marketing. Only our service providers (e.g. hosting and e-mail) may process it, to the extent necessary to run the website.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, object, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The website uses only technically necessary cookies. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.
